I suppose if you're from Mercury, 87 degrees may be considered colder.

After a week of an internal house temp of 92degrees, Mary-Jane did declare that she was cold on Friday. It was a mere 83degrees inside that day! She even walked around with a blanket as a shaw! It made me sweat just seeing her.
